Returns policy

Pallet Reserve sells open-box, tested, resale, and limited-quantity merchandise. Because our inventory is individually sourced and transparently listed, all sales are final unless an item arrives materially different from its listing.

Default policy

All sales are final. Buyers should review the product photos, disclosures, condition notes, and included items carefully before purchase.

Why this policy exists

This store specializes in open-box, tested, resale, and one-off inventory. Each item is listed individually, and stock is limited, so we do not operate like a mass retail return program.

Exception-only review

If an item arrives materially not as described, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

Narrow exceptions to all sales final

May qualify for review

  • • Wrong item received
  • • Major undisclosed damage not shown or described in the listing
  • • Important included parts missing when they were shown or stated as included
  • • Item arrives materially different from the published listing

Does not qualify

  • • Buyer changed their mind
  • • Buyer expected retail-store return flexibility
  • • Cosmetic wear, box wear, or open-box traits already shown or disclosed
  • • Minor imperfections consistent with the listing photos and notes

Large items & specialty equipment

Large items, pickup-only inventory, mobility equipment, and specialty listings may carry even stricter listing-specific terms. If a listing contains special handling or return notes, those terms control alongside this general policy.

Resolution method

If an exception is approved, the resolution may be a refund, partial refund, exchange, or other appropriate remedy depending on the item type, listing details, and issue confirmed during review.

Return request process

  1. 1. Contact support promptly after delivery or pickup if there is a serious issue.
  2. 2. Include your order information and clear photos showing the problem.
  3. 3. Wait for instructions before returning any item.
  4. 4. If the issue qualifies under this exception-only policy, we will provide next steps.
